EULA - End User License Agreement

We believe in keeping things simple. As such, here is the license for our software - it's nice and short, so please read it. In the following text the terms 'we' and 'us' refers to Reincubate Ltd and the term 'you' refers to you, the user of this software.

1. We grant you a single perpetual license to use this software (subject to any subsequent conditions). We retain ownership of the software.

2. You can't copy this software for use by any other person. You can't rent the software to anyone, or sell it.

3. For as long as you have a license for this software you are allowed to make a single copy of this software for back-up purposes. You must not let anyone else use this back-up copy and you can't rent or sell it.

4. You can't disassemble or decompile the software without our express written permission

5. This software is presented 'as is'. There is no warranty attached to this software. You are responsible for backing up any relevant data before you use the software. If it burns down your house or eats your goldfish it's not our problem.

6. If you are running a demo version of the software then, when the demo period expires, you must either purchase or uninstall the software. You must not take any steps to circumvent any demo restrictions or time limits.

7. This license is made under, and governed by, the laws of England. You accept the jurisdiction of the English courts for any disputes.

8. If any of the terms of this license are deemed to be invalid or unenforcable by a Court then this in no way affects the remaining terms.

9. You acknowledge that, in addition to these license terms, this software, including any documentation or source code, is governed by UK copyright law.

By proceeding past this point you are agreeing to this license. If you don't agree, you must uninstall the software as soon as is practical.
